Spotts as vice president of training and quality assurance, Donald Leighton Garwood as vice president and senior property manager, and Howard H. Nikaido, CPM® as team leader and senior property manager for its condominium division.

and offers online access to company information, condo certificates,
requests for management proposals, and soon to come property listings.
